Rachael is an arts, culture, and heritage professional with over 15 years’ experience working across higher education, public, and third-sector organisations in the UK. She specialises in impact, knowledge exchange, and cultural collaboration, helping universities, cultural institutions, and creative practitioners create meaningful, socially impactful projects. Prior to joining the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, he was the Senior Impact & Engagement Manager (Arts & Humanities) at Durham University. She also works as Higher Education Partnerships Lead for Opera North, and as a freelance consultant for organisations and projects at the intersection of higher education, and cultural and creative industries.
