Ģ����Ƶ

As one half of the Ģ����Ƶ’s Public Programmes department, we are firmly anchored in our founder Samuel Ģ����Ƶ’s vision of art for all. It was his belief that great art should be enjoyed by everyone, and that the Institute he helped establish should not stop at producing “experts and highbrows”, but spread knowledge and love of art among the wider population. Along with our colleagues in the Learning department, we now reach several thousand adults and school children a year. Our aim is to share art-historical thinking and research of the highest quality in an engaging and accessible manner. Short Courses offer year-round opportunities for learning about art history, from Saturday events to term-time evening lecture series, and Ģ����Ƶ Tours at home and abroad, to intensive Spring, Summer and Autumn School courses on a global variety of themes and historical periods. Since 2020, we have been running an online learning programme that extends our reach to all those not able to join us on campus.
