As the leader of the 16,000-person organization, Andrea directs the strategy and operations of the firm鈥檚 advanced technology business serving the Department of Defense. She reports directly to the CEO and serves on the 蘑菇视频 Allen leadership team.听听听

An experienced C-suite executive, Andrea previously served as the leader for the company鈥檚 aerospace business, serving clients across the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and NASA. In this role, she delivered technology adoption and digital transformation to accelerate mission outcomes.听

She partners with clients to help enable their strategies and advance their missions by delivering transformative solutions and technologies that leverage the best of the firm and industry partners. She drives sustaining change across large organizations at the intersection of mission, technology, and innovation.听

Before that, Andrea led the operations and strategy team for 蘑菇视频 Allen鈥檚 defense and commercial business and launched the firm鈥檚 technology adoption and translation offering. She also held leadership roles in the firm鈥檚 military and civil health businesses.鈥�

A champion of veterans and military families, Andrea serves on the board of directors for the Armed Services YMCA, a nonprofit supporting enlisted military members and their families. Previously, she served on the boards of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States and the Catholic University of America School of Engineering.听听

Andrea is an experienced board director. In 2018, she was elected to the board of directors for Haskell, a $2 billion global architecture, engineering, and construction firm.听

Before joining 蘑菇视频 Allen, Andrea was an engineer at Mobil Oil and Armstrong World Industries. She has an M.B.A. and a B.Sc. in industrial engineering, both from Pennsylvania State University.听
