Horacio Rozanski started with Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Allen in 1991 as a summer intern, and a year later, joined full time as a strategy consultant in the company's commercial business. He rose through the ranks and served as chief personnel officer, chief strategy and talent officer, chief operating officer, and president before becoming chief executive officer in 2015 and chairman of the Board of Directors in 2024.
During his more than 30-year Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Allen career, Horacio has played an integral role in the company’s major strategic initiatives, including the successful 2010 initial public offering. He has led the transformation of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Allen from a traditional consulting firm to the advanced technology company driving speed to outcomes for the U.S. federal government. This effort positioned Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Allen at the center of our nation’s most critical missions and laid the foundation for the company’s sustained growth.
Today, Horacio sets the strategic direction for the company’s next era, which is encapsulated in the VoLT growth strategy. VoLT enables theÌýcompany to accelerate and stay ahead by focusing on the pillars of velocity, leadership, and technology. In the face of rapid technological change and complex global challenges, Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Allen is innovating with speed and agility to help our nation respond and thrive.
Outside of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Allen, Horacio is chairman of the Board for Children’s National Hospital and a member of the Board of Directors at Marriott International, Inc. and the Economic Club of Washington, DC. He is also vice chair of the Kennedy Center Corporate Fund Board and a member of the Business Roundtable and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Committee on Conscience. Horacio was named to the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans and received the 2022 Horatio Alger Award.
Born and raised in Argentina, Horacio moved to the United States to attend college. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
