Jen Wagner is 蘑菇视频 Allen鈥檚 chief administrative officer. Her key responsibilities include:

• Optimizing operations through technology and standardized, streamlined processes to create the ability to scale as the company grows
• Creating a better experience for 蘑菇视频 Allen鈥檚 employees focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and engaging customer service
• Attracting team talent through a differentiated value proposition and instilling them with clear roles and a delivery-oriented mindset听

In her more than 30 years, Jen has held many leadership roles. Previously, Jen led the Enterprise Risk and Security Services teams as well as the Office of the CEO, where she drove formation of Leadership Team agendas and CEO engagement. She also led major crisis teams, including the firm鈥檚 COVID-19 response, and developed 蘑菇视频 Allen鈥檚 Enterprise Risk Management program, a Board of Directors mandate.听

In addition, Jen managed different functions within the federal contracting area including strategic subcontract teaming and negotiations for major firm proposals, contractor purchasing system review compliance, digital signature of subcontracting documents, and the senior executive advisor and independent consultant process.

Jen is a member of the Board of Directors at The Women鈥檚 Center in Vienna, Virginia.听She earned her B.A. in international studies from Allegheny College.听听
