Julie and her team deliver digital strategies and user experiences, modern software development, as well as cloud and data platform implementations. She also drives the firm鈥檚 functional strategy to scale, deepen, and retain digital talent through affiliation and development programs.听

Julie has led several technology and transformation initiatives, including:

• Recreation.gov a modern, e-commerce platform that provides citizens access to federal recreation opportunities at national parks and waterways
• Implementation of large-scale technology programs in support of the Federal Drug Administration鈥檚 regulatory programs
• Development of a data hub to support the evaluation of new models of healthcare听听

Previously, Julie led a team to reinvigorate 蘑菇视频 Allen鈥檚 culture of innovation by standing up an innovation ecosystem to make ideation and problem solving come to life across a 听global network of experts.

For more than 25 years, Julie has led IT transformation efforts across the defense and federal markets and has been recognized as a top leader transforming how the government uses technology. Julie holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an M.S. in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
